Talent Development Officer – Learning & Development

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Development Officer to lead the planning, design, and delivery of learning initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and drive business performance. The role will focus on identifying skill gaps, creating targeted development solutions, and ensuring effective rollout across multiple employee groups.

Key responsibilities

• Assess capability and development needs of assigned teams in line with business priorities.
• Conduct structured learning needs analyses and translate insights into actionable development plans.
• Develop and manage annual training plans, schedules, and budgets for designated groups.
• Tailor learning programs to address varying employee roles, levels, and needs.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align training initiatives with operational goals.
• Design and adapt learning solutions using established frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective learning programs.
• Maintain quality standards for training delivery and support accreditation of training partners.
• Facilitate engaging, inclusive learning experiences that promote participation and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in L&D, talent development, or HR with exposure to training functions.
• Hands‑on experience in learning needs analysis, program design, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with external training providers or shared services is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig.
