About the role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join StaffRight’s growing team. You will be responsible for finding, engaging, and assessing top talent across multiple industries while supporting our clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Onlinejobs.PH, Jobstreet, Facebook, online databases and active outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assessments as needed.
- Provide timely updates to candidates and clients during the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and hiring activity in our ATS.
- Prepare offer letters and facilitate smooth onboarding handoffs.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing or agency environment.
- Comfortable using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and external job boards.
- Available to work US time zones (graveyard shift) from the Philippines and able to start within two weeks of an offer.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms.
- LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Time‑tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Google Workspace.
- Own laptop/desktop, noise‑cancelling headphones, webcam and reliable internet (≥50 Mbps) with backup equipment.
