Talent Acquisition Specialist – End‑to‑End Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job briefs to closing hires. You will ensure a seamless candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet our long‑term talent goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess candidate information and manage resumes using Zoho Recruit.
• Create and post job listings on recruitment boards and company websites.
• Define selection criteria and develop talent‑pool networks.
• Source and head‑hunt candidates through social platforms and other online channels.
• Coordinate interviews, evaluate candidates, and shortlist the best fits.
• Track recruitment progress for all open positions.
• Support retention initiatives and contribute to organization‑wide talent strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting role.
• Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Zoho Recruit (or similar Applicant Tracking System).
