About the role

EY is looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to lead recruiting initiatives for a specific service line or region. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract top contractor and full‑time talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and reinforcing EY’s brand as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract experienced hires and contractors.
• Build strong business relationships with key stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
• Drive sourcing initiatives, including inclusive and creative techniques, to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Provide operational and process expertise to guarantee a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate local and national recruiting events and initiatives.
• Integrate EY’s brand strategy into all recruitment activities and leverage social media platforms.
• Act as a change agent for new recruiting technologies, tools, and processes.
• Stay informed on labor market trends and ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies.
• Utilize AI‑driven tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall recruitment efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and employer branding.
