Systems Engineer – Hybrid Night Shift (Ortigas)

About the role

The Systems Engineer will support a global healthcare innovation leader by maintaining resilient enterprise infrastructure, strengthening security, and enabling critical business operations across worldwide markets. This hybrid, night‑shift position works from the Ortigas office and contributes directly to improved patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Windows infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Administer Office 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Azure AD Connect.
• Manage Exchange Online mail flow, spam filtering, and phishing awareness programs.
• Implement and monitor security and compliance solutions, including Data Loss Prevention.
• Serve as escalation point for workstation and Office 365 help‑desk issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a help‑desk escalation role for workstation and Office 365 environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Required skills

• Windows infrastructure management (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
• Office 365 administration (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, Azure AD Connect).
• Exchange Online configuration and security.
• Office 365 Security & Compliance Center, Data Loss Prevention.
