Systems Administrator – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our remote team in the Philippines. The role involves supporting Windows and macOS desktops, managing Windows Server environments, and handling networking tasks for multiple clients. You will work with Office 365, Azure AD and translate technical concepts for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets from Level‑1 technicians, including break/fix, application installation and configuration.
• Administer Windows Server 2016/2019, Hyper‑V hosts and Azure AD.
• Deploy and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, Datto networking switches and access points.
• Provide desktop support for Windows 10/11 and macOS devices.
• Maintain documentation and ticketing system (preferably Autotask).
• Mentor Level‑1 technicians and guide them through complex issues.
• Generate reports, analytics and data management as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of systems administration or advanced desktop support experience.
• 3+ years in a multi‑client MSP environment.
• A+ and/or Network+ certifications required; MD‑100 and MD‑101 preferred.
• Advanced English communication skills.
