Systems Administrator

About the role

Lattice is seeking a Systems Administrator to support its internal ticketing, inventory, and automation platforms. The role blends documentation, operational support, and technical development within a fast‑paced, team‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Ticketing User Guide, Employee Self Service portal training materials, and Admin Wiki with accurate, well‑formatted content.
• Manage incoming support inquiries, convert them into Zoho Desk tasks, and monitor queue health, escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with inventory system updates, generate reports, and handle account or configuration change requests from applications engineers.
• Develop and test scripts, adjust Zoho Desk automation rules, and contribute to workflow and notification improvements.
• Participate in UAT testing, document bugs, and help build small utilities to streamline admin operations.
• Support integration efforts between Zoho Desk and related systems and aid in implementing CI/CD pipelines for extensions.
