Technical Support Analyst – Muntinlupa City

About the role

Optum is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide enterprise‑wide technical assistance to internal users, third‑party vendors, patients and clients. The role involves incident management, service request fulfillment, and supporting data‑center operations in a high‑volume corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email, chat, self‑service portal and inbound/outbound calls, empathizing with end‑users and offering technology guidance.
• Perform incident management, prioritize issues, provision services, and execute installations, upgrades, releases and deployments.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions and relevant information to improve service quality.
• Analyze problems, conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend continuous service improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst in a large corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of IT support principles, practices and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ticketing systems, especially ServiceNow.
• Experience using remote support tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Familiarity with telephony systems.
