System Specialist, SAP Basis

About the role

Join Grundfos as a System Specialist, SAP Basis and ensure the stability, performance, and security of our global SAP landscape. You will work within a diverse, inclusive team that supports the company’s mission to deliver smarter water solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 SAP ERP services operations and support.
• Plan, execute, and document system installations, upgrades and S/4HANA migrations.
• Manage SAP archiving solutions (SAP Content Server, MaxDB, Hyland OnBase, Saperion, OpenText Core Archive).
• Work with SAP PO, SAP PI, Oracle databases and SAP BTP administration.
• Lead NSE implementation projects and ensure compliance with ITIL processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Basis in an IT operations environment.
• Proven experience in a global, multi‑site organization.
• Familiarity with both on‑premise and cloud SAP solutions.
• Strong technical depth, proactive attitude toward system reliability, and excellent collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
