System Analyst - People and Culture Technology

About the role

Macquarie Group is hiring a System Analyst for its People and Culture (P&C) Technology Operations team in Manila. The role sits within a portfolio covering core P&C platforms and digital P&C solutions, and focuses on Document Generation Services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure continuous support for Document Generation Services
• Deliver P&C document updates and monitor integration with other P&C systems
• Keep application security up to date
• Investigate system issues with technical and business analysts, document findings in the provider's system and Jira, and assess modification requests with recommendations
• Oversee the coordination and implementation of system updates and patches

Required profile

• Strong academic performance
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Dedication to Agile practices and a proactive approach to finding automation opportunities
• Focus on risk management to maintain operational excellence

Required skills

• Experience managing SaaS applications is an advantage
• Use of Jira for documenting findings
