Supply Planning Analyst – Fresh Graduate Talent Pool

About the role

SC Johnson is building a talent pool of high‑potential fresh graduates for future Supply Planning Analyst positions within its APAC Supply Chain team. This opportunity offers early exposure to regional operations, cross‑functional collaboration, and real business impact from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inventory planning and optimization across distribution centers.
• Manage replenishment and deployment planning using data insights.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Monitor and resolve stock issues, supply gaps, and performance risks.
• Support new product launches and product transitions.
• Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and supply‑chain decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas).
• Curious, proactive, and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Internship or project experience in supply chain is a plus.
• Outstanding academic achievements.
