Supply Chain Director

About the role

The Supply Chain Director will lead all supply planning activities for the Animal Nutrition divisions in the Philippines, covering animal feed, pet food, premix, feed additives and ingredients. This senior position is responsible for balancing demand and supply, optimizing inventory, and ensuring outstanding service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply planning based on statistical sales forecasts.
• Own and drive the S&OP process across the organization.
• Coordinate production planning with operations, tollers and procurement to optimize plant utilization.
• Oversee customer service to meet contractual service level agreements.
• Manage inventory policies to balance financial cost, service level and risk.
• Administer transportation and logistics activities to achieve optimal cost and service.
• Define import and export processes to ensure timely, cost‑effective supply.
• Ensure optimal operation of both owned and external distribution centers.
• Develop a supply chain strategy and roadmap with clear KPIs aligned to business goals.
• Identify and manage third‑party manufacturing solutions when needed.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent; MBA or MSc preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.
• Strong background in planning, statistics, manufacturing, transportation, customs and inventory management.
• Fluent English proficiency.
