Success Manager – GrowthAssist Talent (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

GrowthAssistant is seeking a high‑impact Success Manager to champion, coach, and advocate for approximately 80 placed GrowthAssistants (GAs). You will own their long‑term success, ensuring they thrive in client placements while embedding the "GA Way" into daily work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~80 GAs, meeting each at least monthly to assess satisfaction and growth.
• Design, deliver, and report on regular training programs and action plans.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to provide candid performance reviews and improvement roadmaps.
• Lead onboarding initiatives, embedding the GA Way philosophy for new hires.
• Hold office‑hours for real‑time coaching and mentorship across diverse client environments.
• Track and report People Operations metrics, GA feedback, and development progress to the GA Experience Lead.
• Partner with HR and Customer Success Managers to align talent development with client needs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience as a trainer or coach.
• Proven ability to deliver proactive candor and constructive feedback.
• Experience building training processes, developmental systems, and improvement frameworks from scratch.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for sensitive people‑ops conversations.
• Analytical mindset with experience reporting on success metrics.
• Passion for leadership development and a people‑first approach.
