Success Engineer

About the role

We are an award‑winning global outsourcer seeking a Success Engineer to join our team. You will work on‑site, supporting our customers’ Salesforce environments and ensuring technical success across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a configuration baseline registry for each customer, tracking versions, change history, and performance.
• Lead Quarterly Technical Success Reviews, delivering ROI analysis, drift findings, upgrade impact assessments, and optimization roadmaps.
• Use deep Salesforce platform knowledge (Apex, Flows, LWC, Data Cloud) to diagnose issues and assess enhancement feasibility directly within customer environments.
• Own production deployment approval for all post‑go‑live configuration changes, preventing undocumented changes.
• Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and support for general configuration questions and issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a technical customer‑facing role such as Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
• Hands‑on Salesforce expertise, including Apex code, Flows, Lightning Web Components, custom buttons, page layouts, validation rules, and both declarative and programmatic customizations.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Salesforce automation (Screen Flows, Record‑Triggered Flows, Apex triggers) in production.
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce data model, object relationships, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events).
• Strong documentation discipline with experience producing technical specifications, runbooks, or operational guides.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, or equivalent experience.
