Structural Drafter (C&S)

About the role

We are looking for a Structural Drafter specialized in the Concrete & Steel (C&S) discipline to join our design team in Mandaluyong City. The role supports the Design Engineer and CAD/BIM Job Captain by producing accurate construction drawings and BIM models, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Produce CAD drafting and detailing for C&S structures using AutoCAD.
• Develop and maintain BIM models in Autodesk Revit following company standards.
• Coordinate design changes and model challenges with other disciplines.
• Ensure construction documents are accurate and up‑to‑date based on latest drawings.
• Print and distribute drawing sets for professional review and participate in discipline reviews.
• Prepare discipline models and content for coordination meetings.
• Export drawings in DWF and other formats for internal and external collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to follow BIM content standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for BIM modelling.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting, detailing and drawing cleanup.
• Experience with Autodesk Navisworks for design review and coordination.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and interoperability between design software.
