Strategic Partnerships Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Specialist to identify, negotiate, and scale external partnership opportunities that directly boost our commercial performance. You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Campaigns, and Performance teams to turn collaborations into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close voucher‑based growth partnerships with banks, telcos, lifestyle brands, and loyalty platforms.
• Structure and manage barter‑based media and visibility exchanges to amplify campaigns.
• Develop data‑driven partnership proposals and lead negotiations to secure win‑win deals.
• Coordinate internal teams for seamless voucher fulfillment, campaign integration, and performance tracking.
• Maintain a partnership pipeline, report progress, and propose optimisations to improve ROI and partner satisfaction.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, commercial strategy, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of structuring and closing partnerships that deliver measurable results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance metrics.
