Sales Specialist – Technology Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Specialist to manage qualified sales opportunities and turn them into successful business. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, presenting appropriate technology solutions and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage qualified leads and sales opportunities, contacting and following up with prospective customers.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand business requirements and recommend suitable ERP, CRM, SaaS, software or IT hardware solutions.
• Coordinate product presentations, demonstrations and technical validation with Pre‑Sales and Technical teams.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and commercial offers, and negotiate pricing within approved guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM and keep the sales pipeline and forecast up to date.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and ensure proper handover to implementation or delivery teams.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or technology sales.
• Proven ability to engage customers, present solutions and close deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow‑up skills.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to manage a sales pipeline.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM and SaaS technology solutions.
