Store Manager – Coffee Shop

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our Kenangan Coffee outlet in Banawe, Quezon City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of baristas and cashiers, create work schedules, and onboard new staff.
• Ensure high‑quality product presentation and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cost control.
• Set and achieve sales targets, implement promotions, and participate in local marketing initiatives.
• Conduct quality checks on ingredients, equipment, and finished products to meet brand standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by enforcing hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail or food‑service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with basic math skills for inventory and sales data.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
