About the role
We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our Kenangan Coffee outlet in Banawe, Quezon City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of baristas and cashiers, create schedules, and train new staff.
- Ensure high standards of product quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cost control.
- Set and achieve sales targets, implement promotions, and support local marketing initiatives.
- Conduct quality checks on ingredients, equipment, and finished products.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and comply with health and food safety regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in retail or food service.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills for inventory and sales data management.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and enthusiasm for Kenangan Coffee products.
