Station Operations Expert

About the role

The Station Operations Expert will lead the planning, safety, and day‑to‑day management of a railway station in Mandaluyong City. You will ensure smooth passenger flow, compliance with safety regulations, and high service standards while coordinating with internal teams and external authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operating procedures, SOPs, and service plans covering passenger flows and ticketing.
• Implement Workplace Safety and Health policies, design crowd‑control measures, and ensure adherence to railway safety regulations.
• Oversee station equipment functionality, including signalling, passenger information systems, and access gates, and manage routine facility inspections and maintenance.
• Train, deploy, and supervise station staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
• Lead incident response for service disruptions, accidents, or emergencies, coordinating with relevant agencies.
• Serve as the primary liaison for station operations, managing interactions with management, contractors, and authorities.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in railway or station operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Transport, Logistics, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of railway safety regulations (e.g., ROGS, RM3), station facilities, and emergency protocols.

• Proficiency in using IT systems for station management.
