About the role
Join 3M’s Procurement Service Center as an Analyst and support the end‑to‑end buying process for assigned regions. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate purchase order management.
Key responsibilities
- Execute simple to moderate transactional buying activities for designated countries or business areas.
- Manage the full purchase order lifecycle from requisition through completion.
- Maintain accurate pricing and purchasing data in the relevant systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve PO‑related issues and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Perform purchasing reporting and meet daily productivity targets.
- Resolve match exceptions, GR/IR issues, and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
- Follow sourcing policies, internal procurement rules, and SOX controls.
- Participate in process‑improvement and automation initiatives, including LSS projects.
- Support global procurement events and other assigned tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or transactional procurement.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and focus on quality.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a continuous‑improvement attitude.
