About the role
The Staffing Manager leads the end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning processes, ensuring the organization has the right talent in the right roles to achieve its strategic objectives. This role partners closely with department heads and HR leadership to forecast staffing needs and drive effective talent acquisition strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with demand owners and department heads to define staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
- Manage relationships with external staffing agencies and recruiters as needed.
- Conduct workforce planning and forecasting aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the full hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and fairness.
- Coordinate onboarding and training to integrate new hires into company culture.
- Monitor staffing levels, adjust schedules, and manage contingent workforce.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and industry regulations.
- Track and report key staffing metrics, using data to refine strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing or HR management.
- Proven experience in workforce planning and recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel – advanced spreadsheet creation, data analysis and reporting.
