Recruiter II

About the role

The Recruiter II supports Conduent’s talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for positions at all levels. This role works closely with hiring managers and may partner with external employment agencies to fulfill staffing needs. Flexibility to work varied shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, is required to meet business demands.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for all job levels.
• Utilize employment agencies as needed to expand candidate reach.
• Place employment advertisements in digital and print media.
• Maintain accurate and concise recruitment records.
• Report on all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.
• Adapt to various shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, to support operational needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all company policies and standards.

Required profile

• College or university degree required, with formal education and relevant expertise in a professional, sales, or technical area.
• Knowledge and experience in the recruiting field, with the ability to use existing procedures to solve routine problems.
• Ability to work with moderate guidance and direction, while developing higher‑level knowledge and skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to exchange complex information and ideas effectively.
