Staff Scientist – Asia Pacific

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Staff Scientist to lead clinical strategy for its Asia Pacific portfolio. As a senior member of the Global Clinical Science team, you will shape study designs, drive regulatory interactions, and collaborate across Commercial, R&D, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Product Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and design clinical studies that support product labeling, claims and market access.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to create clinical evaluation plans, protocols, amendments and scientific publications.
• Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external CROs.
• Present updates to senior leadership and manage study timelines and budgets.
• Interact with regulatory agencies as required.

Required profile

• Senior scientific or medical background with extensive experience in medical‑device clinical development.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive strategic decisions.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic areas, gold‑standard endpoints and outcome measures.
