Business Development Executive (Cebu)

About the role

We’re looking for a go‑getter Business Development Executive to help us grow fast and grow smart. You’ll be on the frontlines of expansion—building new partnerships, opening new markets, and closing deals that move the business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt down and close new business opportunities with hotel and property owners and other strategic partners.
• Pitch, present, and negotiate deals that consistently hit (or beat) your targets.
• Create customized proposals and pricing that fit each partner’s needs.
• Design and execute sales strategies to expand our footprint.
• Build long‑term partner relationships by delivering great support and keeping clients happy.
• Keep a pulse on the market and competitors to spot new growth opportunities.
• Share regular updates and insights with the Business Development Manager Lead.
• Help improve our sales playbook, client engagement strategies, and business development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of sales or business development experience is a plus—but high‑potential fresh grads are welcome.
• Confident communicator with strong English skills.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Natural closer with a hunger to win new business.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
• Can start ASAP.
