Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative who can communicate fluently in English and Spanish. The role is remote, allowing you to work from home while providing excellent support for a range of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in English and Spanish, delivering accurate information about products and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound call programs, responding to customer inquiries promptly.
• Capture additional customer information, screen interest, and warm‑transfer calls to the appropriate service provider.
• Manage a single program or multiple programs throughout the workday as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and active listening abilities.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar customer service role.
• Work‑from‑home ready with personal equipment and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from Php 40,000 to Php 50,000 per month.
• Language premium based on proficiency or certification.
• 15% night differential for work between 10 pm – 6 am.
