About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead and grow our online communities across key platforms. You will be the voice of the brand, engaging audiences, tracking trends, and supporting broader social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand community presence on assigned social media channels.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and discussions promptly and in line with brand tone.
• Track trending topics, cultural moments, and relevant conversations to identify engagement opportunities.
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies that boost brand loyalty.
• Coordinate with content, creative, and strategy teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Prepare regular performance, sentiment, and insight reports using platform analytics.
• Support social media campaigns through real‑time community amplification.
• Escalate sensitive issues or reputational risks according to brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Active and highly engaged on major social media platforms.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in community management or content creation.
• Strong awareness of trending news, digital culture, and platform‑specific conversations.
• Demonstrated understanding of evolving social media behavior and audience engagement.
• Background in Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Experience with social listening or analytics tools is advantageous.
