SEO & Web Content Specialist

About the role

The SEO & Web Content Specialist will develop and execute SEO strategies and create web content that improves organic visibility, drives qualified traffic, and enhances user engagement in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement on‑page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitive audits to guide content planning.
• Create, edit, and publish high‑quality web content such as blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions, and meta tags optimized for search intent.
• Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices into site architecture and UX.
• Perform regular site audits (crawl, indexability, schema, page speed) and work with engineering to prioritize fixes.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
• Manage content calendar and ensure timely publication and optimization of evergreen and campaign content.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO and web‑content experience with proven organic traffic growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to tone, grammar, and SEO‑driven structure.
• Comfortable working with data, running A/B tests and making data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
