Social Media Community Specialist

About the role

As a Social Media Community Specialist you will help PMI build a positive, consistent presence across our social channels. You will engage directly with users, respond to inquiries, and ensure our brand voice is maintained while supporting the company’s smoke‑free future mission.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to messages on all PMI social media platforms in a timely manner.
• Maintain PMI’s voice and tone, adapting language to each platform and context.
• Identify, tag, and escalate complex or risky interactions to internal teams.
• Recommend updates to response guides based on real‑world interactions.
• Assist with scheduling and posting content on social media channels.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during difficult or sensitive interactions.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with a social media management tool, preferably Sprinklr.
