Shift Engineer

About the role
The Shift Engineer is responsible for planning, monitoring, controlling and evaluating the resources of utilities operations within a manufacturing plant. This role leads maintenance planning and execution while also preparing and assessing capital projects to ensure optimal plant performance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, monitor and control utilities resources to maintain efficient plant operations.
- Lead the development and execution of maintenance plans for all plant equipment.
- Prepare, evaluate and support capital projects related to plant upgrades and expansions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards during all activities.
Required profile
- Licensed Electrical or Electronics Communication Engineer.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment handling machine maintenance.
Required skills
- PLC program troubleshooting.
- Instrumentation servicing.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Inspection.
