ServiceNow Systems Administrator II

About the role

The ServiceNow Systems Administrator II will design, build, and maintain key ServiceNow components to automate routine tasks and support IT service delivery. You will work closely with clients and end‑users to ensure a high‑quality, value‑added experience across all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Automate processes by creating and managing Forms, Workflows, Catalog Items, Metrics, SLAs, Reports, and Dashboards in ServiceNow.
• Follow defined release and change management procedures for all tasks.
• Continuously improve processes, standards, policies, tools, and working methods.
• Load, transform, and maintain data interfaces between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Monitor logs, performance, and overall health of ServiceNow instances.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, adhering to project management best practices.
• Provide guidance, training, and documentation to clients and end‑users.
• Stay current with industry trends, technical standards, and continuous learning.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience supporting web‑based applications.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and SaaS architecture.
• Knowledge of IT service management and ITIL service operations and transition processes.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
• Preferred experience with ITSM tools, web UI technologies (HTML5, CSS3, AJAX), and various ITIL process areas (Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, Configuration Management).
• Preferred knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
