Service Technician I - F&B

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician I to join Ecolab Food & Beverage’s F&B team. The role combines technical service, consulting and entry‑level sales to help food, beverage and dairy manufacturers improve safety, product quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct service strategy surveys, process verifications and generate reports.
• Consult customers on chemical, technical and application issues and optimise their cleaning systems.
• Perform field tests, deliver training and document hygiene plans during regular client visits.
• Install, repair and maintain equipment on‑site, ensuring client‑defined maintenance targets are met.
• Support rollout of new service programs and concepts.
• Track and enter monthly safety metrics and propose improvements to service delivery.
• Provide safety‑standard recommendations and adhere to company safety protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a technical service role.
• Valid driver’s licence with an acceptable motor‑vehicle record.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull or transport up to the required weight and work in confined, hot or frozen environments.
• Willingness to pass a drug test and a physical examination.
• Residency in the designated service territory (specific cities/areas to be defined).
