Service & Parts Project Manager – New Product Introduction

About the role

The Service & Parts Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for service and parts offerings on a global scale. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure system readiness, and drive successful launches across all geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of coordination for Service and Parts NPI projects worldwide.
• Manage requirements, timelines, dependencies, and system loading for new product services and parts.
• Align stakeholders on scope, pricing strategy, system data, and deliverables.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues with relevant teams.
• Oversee pricing execution, price distribution, and financial part‑number loading.
• Review and approve service and parts bids submitted by account managers.
• Develop documentation and training materials to enable sales and operational teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, global NPI projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to validate data integrity.
