Service Officer

About the role

The Service Officer supports the Service Manager in ensuring smooth branch operations, compliance, and customer satisfaction at our Tanza, Cavite location. This role focuses on vault and ATM cash management, tellering functions, and risk mitigation while driving revenue through cross‑selling and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager with vault/ATM cash level monitoring, vault operations, and tellering activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations, internal policies, and procedural standards.
• Analyze service tasks to increase deposits, fees, and revenue from bank products, including cross‑selling initiatives.
• Identify and eliminate errors, lapses, or irregularities that could lead to reputational or financial risk.
• Deliver fast, error‑free processing to achieve Business Center service standards and total client satisfaction.
• Manage productivity and administrative matters within established guidelines, budgets, and limits.
• Coach and mentor Service Associates to maintain high performance and adherence to expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Service Management, or a related field (minimum 4‑year program).
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Ability to stay focused, organized, and motivated under high‑stress conditions.
• Experience in sales or marketing within a banking environment is an advantage.
