Service & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Service & Logistics Coordinator to manage field service scheduling, inventory control, and supply‑chain support for our customers in the Philippines. The role blends customer‑facing coordination with back‑office logistics to ensure timely service delivery and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise and assign service calls to qualified Customer Service Engineers, monitoring response times and providing accurate ETA updates.
• Handle escalations, complaints and telephone‑fix opportunities, keeping the Customer Care Centre informed.
• Maintain inventory records across multiple warehouse sites, log supply incidents, and manage emergency orders or spare‑part cannibalisation.
• Execute daily, weekly and monthly supply‑chain tasks and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with third‑party logistics providers to ensure efficient nationwide inventory movement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in fast‑paced customer service, technical support or logistics coordination.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end field logistics, transport and warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues on the spot.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP)
• Aurora, FXSmart and API integrations
• GPS tracking and Proof of Delivery (POD) systems
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous‑improvement methodologies
• Inventory control, stock‑take coordination and cycle counting
