Regional Supply Chain Planner

About the role

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Planner based in Manila. The hybrid role supports reliable raw material availability, balances service, inventory and working capital, and partners with cross‑functional teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure reliable raw material availability while meeting on‑time performance, inventory and capital objectives.
• Plan material supply, manage replenishment, and monitor inbound deliveries for manufacturing.
• Identify supply risks early, develop mitigation plans, and own issue resolution from identification through corrective action.
• Collaborate with Finished Goods Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service and Commercial teams.
• Optimize inventory levels, reduce excess, slow‑moving, obsolete stock and write‑offs.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects and cross‑functional initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in materials planning, production planning, inventory management, procurement or related supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ownership and accountability for business results.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Inventory optimization techniques, including management of slow‑moving, obsolete and excess stock.
• Data analysis and decision‑making using large data sets.
