Account Manager – Logistics (Manila)

About the role

Fieldwork in North and South Manila, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. The role focuses on managing client accounts within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Drive account growth through business development and expansion opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and account-related matters in a timely manner.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and achieve assigned targets.
• Manage contract renewals and support negotiations with clients.
• Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
• 2‑3 years of experience in sales, account management, and logistics services or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of the isotank industry is a plus.
