Service Associate

About the role

The Service Associate provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center of a bank. The role ensures strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tellering, new account opening, and other over‑the‑counter transactions in line with the Branch Operations Manual.
• Maintain error‑free processing and fast turnaround times to meet service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and other regulatory rules.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints, including complex issues that cannot be settled immediately.
• Support the Service Manager in achieving branch service objectives.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year degree program; a business‑related degree is an advantage.
• One year of experience in branch operations is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to work overtime and to be rotated or cross‑posted to other branches as needed.
• Strong sense of urgency and a service‑oriented attitude.
