About the role
We are looking for a Service Associate to join the team at Sage Grill, the signature restaurant of Makati Shangri‑La in Manila. In this role you will be the front‑line host, delivering attentive and high‑quality service to every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and high‑standard service to all guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your assigned work area.
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.
Required profile
- Passion for food and beverage service.
- Friendly, welcoming attitude with a strong desire to interact with guests.
- Fluent English communication (local language also a plus).
- Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or 5‑star hotel is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn new culinary trends and uphold high food quality standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
