About the role
We are looking for a Service Associate to deliver accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers at our Business Center in Bonifacio Global City. The role focuses on high‑quality customer interactions while ensuring strict compliance with banking regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide competent, error‑free teller services and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, BSP and AML regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risk by applying bank policies and procedures.
- Maintain service standards such as line wait times and transaction turnaround.
- Support process improvements and technology implementations across branch systems.
- Engage clients professionally to deliver an excellent banking experience.
- Perform assigned administrative duties in an organized manner.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to handle complexity, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
- Strong monitoring and security‑awareness mindset.
- Empathetic, people‑oriented, and highly compassionate.
- Committed to quality, accuracy, and service excellence.
