Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Associate (Bank Teller) to provide competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to our Business Center customers. The role supports the branch’s business objectives through excellent customer service and strict adherence to regulatory and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash and non‑cash transactions accurately and efficiently, meeting the Business Center’s service standards for wait time and turnaround.
• Ensure compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations, as well as internal bank policies.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by applying bank procedures consistently.
• Assist in process‑improvement initiatives and the implementation of new technologies across branch systems.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience, engaging clients professionally and addressing their needs.
• Perform delegated administrative functions in an organized manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complex situations, make efficient decisions and manage time effectively.
• Strong controlling and monitoring abilities with a keen sense of security awareness.
• Empathetic, compassionate and committed to service excellence, quality and accuracy.

Required skills

• Cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of BSP and AMLA regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with branch banking systems and basic technology tools.
