Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

Staff X is an Australian offshoring firm that connects top talent with clients in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US. We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and need a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on the Construction, Engineering & Estimating vertical. This is a fully remote, permanent position based in the Philippines, working with an AI‑powered ATS and building long‑term client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Proactively headhunt candidates for construction, engineering and estimating roles.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for the vertical.
• Facilitate client briefs, conduct interviews, capture feedback, and oversee the full client‑side process.
• Handle offers, negotiations, reference checks and ensure smooth handovers.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and contribute to team‑wide talent acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in permanent or long‑term contract recruitment.
• Proven success placing candidates for Australian, New Zealand, UK or US clients.
• Track record of end‑to‑end placements; experience in construction, engineering or estimating recruitment is a strong advantage.
• Advanced sourcing and networking abilities.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management with influencing skills.
• Self‑starter attitude, high personal accountability and problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation in recruitment.
