Senior Systems Administrator

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to manage and secure its enterprise IT infrastructure. The role involves overseeing Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments while ensuring reliable day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure, with working knowledge of AWS or other major cloud platforms.
• Maintain Windows Server environments, including patching, monitoring, and support.
• Support and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure (firewalls, routing, switching, wireless).
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Implement IT security controls such as MFA, VPN, monitoring, and vulnerability response.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IT staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with senior or lead responsibility in an enterprise setting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with distributed teams.
• Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
