Post Sales Support Engineer

About the role

The Post Sales Support Engineer provides technical support, implementation assistance, system troubleshooting and user training for deployed software solutions. Acting as the subject matter expert for software-related enquiries, the role ensures successful customer adoption, system performance and ongoing operational support while working with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install the system at the customer site and provide field training on system operations
• Work closely with customers, sales and the sales support team to solve issues
• Propose creative ways to configure the product software to meet customer needs
• Act as subject matter expert for software enquiries and support queries from other departments
• Plan and train relevant parties on software-related matters
• Run comprehensive testing to validate software performance and stability before installation
• Run hardware and software integration certification tests on partner applications before deployment
• Analyse and troubleshoot field problems related to software
• Create and update documents such as software configuration files, test data, user guides and more

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Diploma or degree in computing or a related IT certification
• Excellent English and excellent communication skills
• Creative, flexible thinker with good troubleshooting, interpersonal and can-do skills

Required skills

• Networking skills and understanding
• Java, C++, Windows scripting, SOAP interfaces and serial communication (mandatory)
• DLL handling
• VB/VBA and Excel macros (optional)

Salary: PHP 70,000 - 110,000 per month.
