About the role

The Senior Recruitment Delivery Manager leads a team of Recruitment Delivery Managers to ensure high‑quality talent acquisition services for internal stakeholders and external clients. This role oversees end‑to‑end recruitment processes across a portfolio or region, aligning strategy with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Recruitment Delivery Managers to meet regional recruitment targets.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee project budgets and resource allocation for efficient operations.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvement areas and drive process optimization.
• Maintain service level agreements and guarantee quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets at a portfolio or regional level.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
