Senior Recruiter – Remote (Digital & Creative)

About the role

Bamboo Works is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for digital, creative and marketing positions. This remote, independent‑contractor role focuses on delivering high‑quality candidates and shaping recruitment processes for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate‑client fit.
• Source, screen, interview and present top‑tier candidates for digital, marketing and creative roles.
• Build and nurture candidate relationships throughout the hiring journey.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain robust talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate market insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality outcomes and support operational processes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record hiring for digital, marketing or creative positions.
• Experience with remote and international hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
