Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Manila office and support hiring across the Philippines, Japan, and other Southeast Asian markets. You will work within a global recruiting team, driving talent attraction strategies that align with our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from kickoff with hiring managers to offer execution.
• Develop and implement talent attraction strategies for diverse roles and regions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, social media, talent mapping, and industry research.
• Maintain a structured, compliant recruitment process and guide candidates through screening to onboarding.
• Collaborate with global recruiting professionals to ensure a diverse and innovative talent pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand target profiles and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills and a growth‑oriented, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Commitment to ethics, integrity, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
