Senior React Developer

About the role

Neostella is scaling its legal‑tech platform and needs a senior frontend engineer to deliver high‑quality, responsive web applications. As a Senior React Developer you will shape the look, feel and performance of customer‑facing features while mentoring the growing frontend team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable features, building reusable React components and ensuring code quality through testing and reviews.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers, share best practices and act as the technical escalation point for complex issues.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to translate requirements into maintainable solutions.
• Maintain clear communication on progress, risks and timelines using stand‑ups, Jira and Slack.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, architecture and documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with a strong focus on React.
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, TypeScript and responsive web design principles.
• Proven ability to deliver clean, efficient code and to think about component architecture at scale.
• Excellent communication skills in English (CEFR C1) and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
