Senior Project Manager – SaaS (Music Catalog Intelligence)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, execution‑driven Senior Project Manager to join an early‑stage music SaaS company that is building complex catalog intelligence infrastructure. You will act as the operational backbone, turning strategic goals into structured workflows, implementing robust systems, removing bottlenecks, and driving accountability across a remote engineering and product team.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and optimise project‑management frameworks using tools such as Jira, Linear or Notion to create a single source of truth.
• Drive team‑wide accountability, ensuring deliverables are met on time and proactively removing blockers.
• Lead daily and weekly sprint cycles, anticipating technical or resource risks before they impact timelines.
• Conduct daily check‑ins and monitor Slack channels to prevent miscommunication‑related stalls.
• Attend key technical meetings, capture action items, document decisions and ensure rigorous follow‑through.
• Track and report progress on major initiatives, providing leadership with clear visibility into project health.

Required profile
