Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead strategic and technical initiatives across local and regional business units, ensuring projects deliver scalable, impactful solutions. This role combines business systems analysis with project management to drive alignment among stakeholders and achieve organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Develop analyses to support process and project improvements.
• Manage projects through initiation, development, and implementation phases.
• Define and manage scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation with clients.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and client objectives.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate, document, and control project risks.
• Communicate regularly with project teams, sponsors, and management.
• Determine resource needs, set roles, expectations, and goals.
• Track project resources, budgets, and produce lessons‑learned documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Investments, Legal Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis or consulting experience in IT, financial services, or middle/back‑office operations.
• Proven ability to work in shift schedules and adapt to new products and technologies.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite, especially Visio and Project.
• Agile methodology knowledge.
• UAT testing and requirements writing.
